Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble and repackage the furniture in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.
Schedule Shipping
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at a designated carrier location or schedule a professional freight pickup for larger oversized items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
