What is the standard delivery time for furniture orders?
Most in-stock items are processed within 2-4 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days for large furniture pieces via our specialized white-glove carriers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Modern Contempo ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We are looking to expand our shipping capabilities to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and custom-made or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. For large freight items, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Modern Contempo furniture comes with a limited one-year manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and workmanship. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase at checkout.
